^ uhhmm. the reason why i set the flood control to 1 minute is to avoid flooding and at the same time spamming. that's why it's called flood control. ryt? i don't think i'll change it. i'll ask others if they are against it or not.

Well i disagree with yer suggestion(: Well 10 seconds is too short but 1 minute is alright. it's better to have the 1 minute flood control to avoid spammingg. let's make this forum clean(:
